Latest version (v2.3.1.13) hopefully fixes this problem. Please let me
know if there are still issues.

If you come across the problem again, please open the GUI file in a
text editor and search for # within.
If you notice any 'target' attributes listing something like &#0x
please change it to a zero and it should now open fine in guiDesigner
and iViewer.
