Re: new download version is not v2.3.1.13!

The new drawing methods used in the latest version do not currently
allow you to edit an image file when the project is open.
We are hoping to fix this in a new version, but can't promise
anything.

The import themes feature is working now (was a bug where it couldnt
import the themes if the image files used were already in the correct
location for the new gui file themes)
We will release a new beta with this fix soon.

I really don't see how these two small issues make it "very very
worse". If you can live without all the new functionality, continue
using v2.2.0.0, but we will not be providing support for it.
