Re: extra keys on keyboard addition

In the latest version in review (4.3) the key pie menu is rolled out
onto that extra room on the keyboard addition. This means you're free
to configure whatever keys you want to show up there. I expect that
update to be out within a week or so, given no problems with Apple's
review process.
