Need better on-screen keyboard

The new version of iSSH with the modifiers and arrows right above the
keyboard is much better than before.

But the Apple keyboard is just bad for SSH, so I'd like to see you
work around it entirely. If someone is running SSH, they're probably
connected to some kind of Unix-like terminal where they need to hit
tilde, emacs key strokes (e.g., C-x C-f, which is really painful with
the sticky ctrl), and numbers with great frequency. On iPhone
getting serious typing done is going to be hard no matter what, but on
iPad there's room for a full number-key row and everything else you'd
find on a laptop keyboard.

Dean, can you supplement the built-in keyboard with an entirely
separate one that looks like a macbook keyboard? A lot of the need
for a bluetooth keyboard is simply to get a reasonable layout. If
there was a good on-screen keyboard I think that would take a lot of
the pressure off bluetooth support, which apparently is out of your
hands anyway to some extent.
