HELP ON ITACH AND COMMAND FUSION IR COMMANDS

Issue:

I can't get IR Commands out of the iTach Device.

Setup:

1 itach IP2IR unit
1 Apple Extreme Route with firewall down
1 iPad
1 License for iPad
GC-IRL

Im trying to get a simple command to work but no luck. The command
looks like so:

1:3,1,36000,1,1,33,30,65,62,65,30,33,30,33,30,33,159,33,30,33,30,33,30,33,30,33,30,33,30,33,30,33,62,65,62,65,720\x0D

i don't get any activity light on the port 3 or any other port for
that matter. I have been fighting this forever and i cant get it to
work. I have setup a system just like this before and have a no
problems. I dont have any Project Properties Set and I have only the
System properties set to the ip address of the iTach unit. I cant not
fiqure this out please help
