connotate two strings in a capture group?

I know you can do some math to a capture group.

Is it possible to add a couple string together?

For example, server response is part of a url and I would like to put
the URL prefix on the value before sending it to the list element.

so for example

value = part of the url

set the value of the list element as
baseurl + value
