Arrow-Keys on iPad

Thank you very much for this app. I'm using it every day...

The new keyboard is nice, but I'd prefer to have the arrow keys in the
toolbar where I have plenty of space on the iPad. This way I could
switch off the meta-key set.

Or can I define the keys in the toolbar anywhere in the settings?
