[appigo-todo] Ipad sync issue/request

I noticed a behavior that is different when the ipad is syncing from
how the iphone syncs. I like to have sync at startup turn on. On the
iphone the program loads and the sync bar pops up and starts syncing.
While syncing is happening (which can take a little time) you can
still use the program. On the ipad, a sync window pops up in the
middle of the screen and locks down the program until it is finished.
Please consider fixing the ipad version to work like the iphone
version. For now I have sync on start up off so I don't to have to
wait every time I launch it to get to work.
