3G iPad

Just wondering if it is possible to run this vnc app through a 3G
network. I downloaded a program vnc lite but found out it only works
when I am connected through wifi. I was looking for a program that I
can use through 3G. Also I understand that it may just not be a fast
enough connection.

If anyone has any information on this that would be appreciated.
