Richard: Thanks for the bug reports! Very helpful.

1. This only happens on a newly created subpage. We will fix this
ASAP.
2. It toggles for me, but the bg color of the active state is always
white. I will fix this and update this group post once its ready to
test.
3. I noticed this after release of latest beta also. Will fix it. Same
problem happens when changing subpage size after creating too. You can
resize to match by holding CTRL whilst zooming (CTRL + double click
the zoom tool icon to resize to 100% and resize the window to match).
4. I will look into this also.
