That depends on the attitude of a developer. If you have ANY
experience with development,
you see some developers always think negatively, which doesn't help to
solve problems.
For a positive developers, every problem wouldn't that be hard. It's
just an interesting challenge :)

Well, here comes the problem of a small production. Even though one
developer can do everything in app store, the developer has to
understand he/she is actually confronted by real customers. If you
manage huge development products - probably there's professional
customer supports - you shouldn't answer something like "I'm not
interested in doing that because I can't get money from the work."
Doesn't it sound rude to its customer?
I'm a bit disappointed by the reaction of the developer, so I wanted
to let him know that some customers could be heart broke by his
customer support. I still like the application. If there's anything
that I can do to improve his app, I'm gonna to that, as I mentioned
earlier. I mean, I can pass my knowledge of Korean to the developer.
You said, "describing the programmer as "unpleasant and
unprofessional" never helps."
Ok, then I'm begging Korean support in this app~ Please~~
Do you think it helps? Then I can do more.
