Setup a Macro and execute these commands with a 100ms delay
GET /xbmcCmds/xbmcHttp?command=ClearPlayList&parameter=0
GET /xbmcCmds/xbmcHttp?command=SetCurrentPlaylist&parameter=1
GET /xbmcCmds/xbmcHttp?command=AddToPlayList&parameter=[filePath]
[fileName];1;;1]
GET /xbmcCmds/xbmcHttp?command=SetPlaylistSong&parameter=[trackid]

To get what is currently playing
GET /xbmcCmds/xbmcHttp?command=GetCurrentlyPlaying&parameter=0
