programs which create/edit the file - oh and openoffice is open source
(hence my open source comment)
So if you want to create another guiDesigner that creates the XML
format and is offered for free, then go for it.
We just wouldn't consent to using our guiDesigner software for
creating the GUI to be used in a product that would detract from our
own sales.
