iViewer iPad glitch

for whatever reason, today iViewer was taking up to five minutes to
launch. The loading screen would pop up in landscape mode, after a
couple minutes it would switch to the portrait mode loading screen and
then a few minutes later interface would come up.

So, I uninstalled iViewer. However, iViewer still shows in the
settings panel (although it only displays a blank page) and the app
store shows iViewer as being installed still.
