How do I disable Scrollback?

How do I disable Scrollback for an SSH session? We run a menu based
linux application where it doesn't make sense to scroll the screen
back. I don't see an option to turn off Scrollback. I set it to '0'
in the Advanced Terminal Settings, but it always reverts back to 200
after I exit the application and go back in later.
