[appigo-todo] Online Sync

Hi.

First I have to give thumbs up for this great app (both the iPhone and
iPad versions)

I have a question with online sync. My intention of having it sync
with Toodeledo was to create a backup online. Now, if I want to
reinstall my iPhone OS, my concern is that when I sync back from
toodeledo, all my tasks within the project will appear as individual
tasks. Sure enough the Pro version will not have this issue, but I am
not using the pro version.

How should I go about this?
