[appigo-todo] New Feature request: Calendar view

Please consider adding a calendar view for tasks. Sometimes it's
easier to plan when you can see all the tasks (especially for a
project) in a calendar view instead of just list view. It'd be great
it also was integral with the calendar to see and set appointments as
well as tasks. That way when you are planning out your tasks you can
steer around important meetings or where you know you need something
from a specific meeting before you can complete the task.
