transitions changed

I noticed that transitions have been changed.

For example:

I have a subpage for the direcTV screen the slid down from the top
(push from bottom) and then back up (push from top).

Now to achieve the same effect both are push fromTop.

After making the change for both to be push from top I noticed that
even with identical time settings that the transition in animation is
twice as fast as the transition out settings.

There seems to be a delay when transition in animation starts and not
one with transition out.
