You can access a Mac's entire screen using the VNC protocol in iSSH--
either using straight VNC, a security risk but fine for local network,
or VNC over SSH.

RDC (Windows) support is on Dean's wish list but not high priority I
believe. I've found RDP a good little app and there's a trial version
available.
