The font size is presently not changeable on the iPad version. I just
got my device 30 minutes ago and am finally getting a feel for the
performance and size of the iPad. Now that I know what I'm dealing
with the font size will again be adjustable and zoom available in the
terminal.

t;dl Zoom will be in the next version, due out very soon.

The second window is for a split screen session. You can monitor
another system simultaneously or soon, in the next version, also
browse and refresh a website or tunnel.
