Newbie - (`) and (F#)

Hi,

I just installed issh for my iphone 3gs, specifically so I can use the
grave (`) key. However, I can't find it. I made a shortcut for it in
the pie menu, but this is awkward - is there a better way to get to `?

Also, the menu across the top has "F#" next to the keyboard. What is
the purpose of this - it seems to dim a bit when tapped, but that's
about all.
