Sorry for the recent instability with iSSH

Just wanted to send out a quick note to apologize for all the
frustration with the current few releases. The iPad transition has
been rather crazy and testing has been going slow. As I had mentioned
earlier, I wanted one more release before I did the iPad release.
Looks like I've got at least one more iPhone release before I can do
an iPad one. The batch of latest bugs (keyboard overlapping, etc.)
have been at times hard enough to replicate that I was convinced they
were fixed, only to make their appearance again _after_ the next
version got approved.

This isn't intentional. I appreciate everyone sticking with me and I
hope to bring the quality back up to a level you have come to expect.
