They have some trial software that will be helpful for the initial
part of sniffing. You might not want to pay for it just to use it as a
once off, in which case you could create a restore point and go back
to it after you're done, or use the trial and hopefully get all the
information you need within the trial period?

Their software does work well from the times I've used it, although it
is a little technical.
