Please make sure the following criteria is met before you sync:
1. Your iPhone/iTouch has a valid IP address. Even though it shows as connected to your router, it might not have a valid IP address
2. Your iPhone/iTouch and your computer are connected to the same router and have the same subnet mask
3. Your firewall, antivirus, router, and computer accept communication from Appigo Sync and Bonjour.
4. Appigo Sync is running in your computer
If the above criteria is met, then you should not have any problems syncing.

desktops, even though Appigo Sync is running on my Mac. This is very
