Missing menu option to configure pie menu

Under general settings there's supposed to be an option to configure
the pie menu. Unfortunately this was accidentally removed in the last
update. I'm really, really sorry about this. I'll be posting an
update shortly and hopefully have everything fixed for good tomorrow!
