Backspace is CTRL-H, not

Dean,

Any luck on the "Backspace is CTRL-H" setting? I haven't seen this
work in any version yet.

Now that the extra keys at the top of the screen overlap with the
screen itself, having to pull out the drawer to hit CTRL, then H, then
CTRL, then H, while I can't see what I'm backspacing, is somewhat
difficult.
