[appigo-todo] Request re retaining deleted tasks on Toodledo server

I'd like to be able to have the option of deleting tasks from my
iphone but having them stay on Toodedo - first I'd mark them complete,
sync, then delete them on Todo but have them remain on Toodledo for
future reference - this would mean less maintenance on the iphone side
and I wouldn't be accumulating so many old items in ToDo "just in
case" I need them in future
