[appigo-todo] Re: Start Date

I've already put in a request for a Start Date field. For me, I would
like it to work like Toodledo, i.e. with a feature that allows you to
hide tasks until the start date is reached. This can help reduce the
clutter in your lists - there is no points looking at items you can't
yet start.
