Thank you for contacting Appigo Support and for trying out the BETA version of Appigo Sync for Windows.

We have a newer BETA version of Appigo Sync. You can try it by uninstalling Appigo Sync using the uninstaller found at c:\Program Files\Appigo Sync in your computer and then downloading Appigo Sync from the link below.

http://downloads.appigo.com/appigo-sync/Appigo-Sync-Win-0.9.8-5220.zip

Let us know if you still have the same problem with the newer Appigo Sync.
