Please make sure the following criteria is met before you sync every time:
1. Your iPhone/iTouch has a valid IP address
2. Your iPhone/iTouch and your computer are connected to the same router and have the same subnet mask
3. Your firewall, antivirus, router, and computer accept communication from Appigo Sync and Bonjour.
4. Appigo Sync is running in your computer
If the above criteria is met, then you should not have any problems syncing.

I have a strange sync issue. I'm using Appigo Sync (1.04) on a MacBook
Pro running Snow Leopard (10.6.2). I can connect and authorize Todo
from my iPhone easily and sync works perfectly. However, after about a
week, it will no longer connect. When I touch the Sync button in Todo,
it just shows the Connecting message and eventually times out. Both my
Mac and iPhone are connected to my wireless network because other
things work.
I'm running the latest version of Todo, but this has happened ever
since i switched to Appigo Sync.
So far, the only solution I've been able to come up with is to remove
the authorized device in Appigo Sync, remove the service in Todo,
restart my Time Capsule, and re-authorizing the iPhone. But that's a
pain because I end up with duplicates for any tasks marked complete
since my last sync.
Does anyone have any ideas? Is it a network issue or a Todo/Appigo
Sync issue.
