Hello Joseph,

Thank you for your last post.  The problem you described (your iPhone does not show up in Appigo Sync) may be caused by some firewall, antivirus, or other device blocking the communication from Todo to your computer. You can verify this by doing the following:

1. Open Safari in your iPhone/iTouch
2. In the address bar, type your computer's IP address (*see below) followed by a semicolon and the port number found in the 'Advanced' tab of Appigo Sync (in your computer)
3. If Todo is not being blocked, a page will load up stating that you have connected to Appigo Sync.
4. If Todo is being blocked by your network, computer, firewall, or antivirus the page will not load.

*(You can find your ip address by clicking on the apple icon > System Preferences > Network.  Your iop address should be listed here.)

Please contact us again to let us know if you are able to determine the problem and have additional questions.

Sincerely,

The Appigo Team
