Its the best and has received the Best PIM Award for
2004,2005,2006,2007,2008 and 2009 across all platforms.
The customization is of genius quality. There support is thebest and the
developers are on the forums everyday answering queries. Appigo totally
ignore customers and always reply with that stupid template answer.
Left Appigo a while ago.

My setup may not be exactly the same as yours but it seems to me that
if your ordering depends on date then some re-dating will typically be
required in order for a new manual ordering to make sense. However of
course there is more than one way to do this.
I deliberately use this feature as a faster way of shuffling around
tasks rather than having to laboriously edit the date for each one. It
doesn't always do what I want though..
