Thank you for your post. We are sorry to hear you are having trouble setting up Appigo Sync.

Could you please let us know the following:
  1. What is the IP address and subnet mask of your iPhone
  2. What is the IP addess and subnet mask of your computer
  3. What type of network are you trying to sync over? (home, work, school, hotel, etc)

This page (http://appigo.com/appigo-sync/faqs/network/same-subnet) will show you how to find the information in points 1 and 2.

I'm new to ToDo / Appigo Sync and am struggling to set it up to sync
with Outlook.  I'm logged on via wi-fi, ToDo is recognising the
desktop and generating a passcode but Appigo Sync isn't detecting my
iPhone device.  I've adjusted the firewall settings to allow Bonjour
and Appigo so it's not that causing it.  It's only really going to be
of use if I can get it to sync with my work tasks.  Help please.
