You may have a restored file available in iTunes if you have synced it recently. Note that syncing again can overwrite the last backup. Be sure to follow these detailed instructions for restoring your iTunes backups:

You can also extract your data and send it to us if you would like us to give it to you in an importable format. However, these instructions or dependent on your computer's Operating System.
