HAI Omnistat (RS232 controllable thermostat)

I am writing a plugin for the HAI Omnistat series of thermostats for
eventghost.

It is an obnoxious little RS232 protocol (like DirecTV) but I'm
gradually assuming control over more and more of the functions and
feedback of the device.
