[appigo-todo] Re: Startup sync

I found the auto-sync a bit annoying when first accessing my todo
lists, so I turned it off. I now just hit the sync button when I am
ready to sync and find it a much better way to work. The only
improvement I'd like is an option to force a sync when shutting down
Todo.
