[appigo-todo] Re: Integration with Goodreader

I tried to create a task from within goodreader. It had been created
but I couldn't change any attribute of this task, not moving it to
another list nor changing the context nor adding tags etc.
I could do nothing but adding notes and opening goodreader from within
Todo.
