[appigo-todo] Integration with Goodreader

Recently I've come across a nice feature which not everyone might
know:
Having installed the App Goodreader on your iPhone (with is a really
amazing offline file-reader and storage) you can create ToDo-tasks
(type Goodreader with own icon!) from within Goodreader. These tasks
are linked with a specific Goodreader-file and do open it in
Goodreader when you click the icon.
