[appigo-todo] Feature Request: Fixed due times for repeating tasks

Hello,

Longtime user of Todo. Love all the little improvements each version
makes. The new star feature is also really useful for zeroing in on
the most important tasks I need to focus on at the moment.

For those of you with jailbroken devices, I highly recommend trying
the LockInfo app which has a Todo plugin and lets you see at a glance
your upcoming tasks without having to open up Todo.

One suggestion for a future improvement would be the option for a
fixed due time when a task is set to repeat from the completion date.

Currently, behavior is as follows:
- If set to repeat a task from due date, the due time is always the
same.
- If set to repeat a task from completion date, the due time is
changed to the time of completion.

There are tasks that I always want to perform at a certain time, but
only X days after I've completed the last task. Right now, I need to
go and manually re-set the due time each time. I can see why the app
behaves as it does, but it would be nice if there were an option to
keep the due time fixed as well.

Thanks!
