[appigo-todo] entering new tasks

Entering new tasks got harder in the previous update, as now you have
to choose Task Type each time, instead of defaulting to the (by far
most common) "normal" task. I was hoping this would be reversed in
the last update, but it wasn't. Is there _anyone_ here that likes the
new style (having to specify task type each time you enter a task)
better? If not, perhaps Appigo could make this "feature" optional.

Also, finding the little "plus" sign to add a task can be hard. How
about adding a gesture, e.g. if you tap with two fingers on any
screen, this calls up the "add a task" dialog?
