password authentication only. I have already made the change for the
next version to try the available keys first before attempting
password authentication. This will fix your problem with EC2.
Ad hoc configs are a planned feature for the next release and will
work very much like the SSH URL's, actually. (Where you can either
enter an SSH URL or build one with options.)
