Hello Peter,

Thank you for contacting Appigo Support.  Could you send us a diagnostic report?  To send in the diagnostic email, follow these steps:

1.) Open Todo.
2.) Tap the "Settings" button (a picture of gears in the bottom right corner).
3.) Tap "Information".
4.) Tap "Diagnostics".
5.) Scroll to the bottom of this report and tap "Email Diagnostic Report".
6.) In the description part of the email, please type "See Previous Email".
7.) Tap "Send".

Also, we've included instructions to extract your Todo task and preferences data if you would like us to take a look at it ourselves:

Extracting Application Files from iPhone Backups for Advanced Troubleshooting

    * Download and extract the iPhoneBackupExtractor utility from the following site

http://www.reincubate.com/labs/iphone-backup-extractor-how-extract-files-iphone-backup-windows/#/res/i/labs/iphonebe/3_wizard.png

    * The iPhoneBackupExtractor utility requires the .Net Framework on Mac via Mono, so please download and install Mono

http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html

    * Sync your device with iTunes to create a recent backup file. Or Control + Click on the device in iTunes and select Back Up

Open a Terminal (Finder Applications | Utilities | Terminal )

    * Run the following command in the terminal

mono ~/Desktop/iPhoneBackupExtractor-v1.0.0.14/iPhoneBackupExtractor.exe

NOTE: You may need to change the path of the iPhoneBackupExtractor to reflect where on your system you extracted it. If the application doesn't start on your first attempt. Try running the command again.

    * From the iPhoneBackupExtractor utility accept the license and then browse to your iTunes Backup file.
    * On a Mac system the backup files are stored here ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/. If you sync your machine with multiple devices, you may have multiple backup files to choose from. Once you choose a backup file, the name of the device will be shown in the toolbar.
    * Select the Restore some or all files from backup manually option once the backup file has been analyzed.
    * Select to restore the following file(s). Remember that you will only be able to export one file at a time using an unlicensed copy of iPhoneBackupExtractor. Exporting one file and then pressing back and selecting another file may be the fastest way to accomplish exporting multiple files.

For Todo
Application | com.appigo.todo | Documents | Todo_v5.sqlitedb
Application | com.appigo.todo | Library | Preferences | com.appigo.todo.plist

    * Go ahead and restore the selected file to the default path.
    * Once the restore is complete you should now have the file(s) located on your Desktop under the folder Application. Please attach the files to your email response.
Please contact us again.

Sincerely,

The Appigo Team

Hi there,

When I start Todo and touch the Tag icon at the bottom, none of my
tags are displayed. It only shows "Any Tag" and "No Tag". If I tap on
"Done" and then immediately re-open the Tags screen, my Tags are
displayed.

For the rest of the session it works fine. This problem is only
evident when first starting up Todo and I can duplicate it every time.

Do others see this? It is a bug?

Regards,
Peter.
