Thank you for contacting Appigo.  You can email us with any questions at support@appigo.com.  If you have having trouble syncing, please send in a diagnostic report so that we can look for errors:

1.) Open Todo.
2.) Tap the "Settings" button (a picture of gears in the bottom right corner).
3.) Tap "Information". 
4.) Tap "Diagnostics".
5.) Scroll to the bottom of this report and tap "Email Diagnostic Report". 
6.) In the description part of the email, please type "See Previous Email". 
7.) Tap "Send".
