You can right click the Appigo Sync icon at the top bar and select "Appigo Sync Preferences" to open the Appigo Sync window.

then appigo sync gathered in data (it was old on my computer, but
recurring projects still set up).

2 reminders: sync with computer often. appigo sync program is in the
mac top bar, doesn't open a window.
