Thank you for your posts.

In order to allow communication between Appigo Sync and Todo, the following criteria must be met:
  • Your iPhone/iTouch and computer must be connected to the same router and must have the same subnet mask
  • Your firewall, anti-virus, router, and computer must allow data traffic to and from Appigo Sync and Bonjour.
  • Appigo Sync must be running in your computer
If your device appears and disappears in Appigo Sync, then you need to un-install Appigo Sync (Windows users do NOT use the add/remove programs to do so, use the uninstaller found in the ProgramFiles/AppigoSync folder), download a new installer, and install Appigo Sync.

If you still experience the same problem, then re-install Todo as shown in the link below:
