Thank you for your post. Windows Vista 64-bit is supported.
The problem you are experiencing could be caused by one or more of the following:
* The computer you are running Appigo Sync on and your iPhone/iTouch are not in the same network or do not have the same subnet mask.
* Your firewall is blocking communication between Appigo Sync and Todo
* Your routers is blocking communication between Appigo Sync and Todo
* Your anti-virus is blocking communication between Appigo Sync and Todo
Also, keep in mind that Appigo Sync sends information to Todo via Bonjour. So, Bonjour should be able to freely communicate through your network, firewall, and computer.
The way in which your firewall, anti-virus, and router are configure will vary according to the type of hardware and software you are using.
