image of the iPhone

Anyone know what Apple's policy is around the image of the iPhone /
iTouch. I'm getting new creative done including web site. I noticed
that the iphone / touch is pictured on the ComandFusion web site which
makes sensce as they are authorized developers. Do we as resllers have
some abilities to display it's likeness as well. i'd really like to
highlight this software but don't want to waste money + time if it's
not allowed.
