[appigo-todo] Todo, Appigo sync will not recognize my ipod

I recently downloaded todo from itunes and downloaded appigo sync. But
appigo sync won't recognize my iphone and my iphone wont recognize my
computer. They are both on the same network. The fire wall i dont
think is the problem. I have read many posts but am still confused.
