Exchange 2003
I'll try to keep this short -
* Bought Todo, created two lists, three contexts and a bunch of tags
* Added about 20 tasks (including a few projects and checklists) to
Todo, then downloaded and installed Appigo Sync. First sync worked
fine. It created appropriate subfolders (Work and Home) under Task
for the separate lists, and downloaded the tasks into the right
places.
* I updated a few tasks, did a sync, and about half of the tasks
moved from their respective lists into the Inbox, even though they
stayed in the subfolder in Outlook.
* Did a few more syncs, and eventually everything was in the Inbox.
I took a look at the log on my machine, and discovered that it was
throwing errors about Interop. I installed the MS patch, wiped Appigo
from my machine (uninstalled the app, renamed the log file and db,
deleted the reg keys), moved my tasks to a PST file (wanted to keep
them around, just in case), reinstalled the app, and tried to sync,
and now nothing is going to Outlook. I created a new task in Outlook
to see if things are at least coming over to my iPhone, and now each
time I do a sync, that task keeps on being duplicated, but my old
tasks from the iPhone cannot be found in Outlook.
How can I help Support debug this problem? I really want this to work
before I put in a couple of feature requests (like being able to flag
what tasks are in progress without using a tag).
Regards,
Tom
