[appigo-todo] Simple feature request

In the date picker, I would love to see the ability to start the week
on whatever day one would like.

I configure all my computerized calendars to have the week begin on
Monday, not Sunday. That puts the weekend days on the far right of
the screen (at the end of the week), and together. For me it is
intuitive.

I realize that this is probably not the highest priority suggestion,
but it is pretty simple, and it would probably make a subset of people
very happy.
